The Strategic and Operational KPIs for the Office of Research are showing a good alignment
towards the Strategic Objectives (SO #2).
The 2017 Strategic Plan for the Office of Research includes a small number of operational
targets, without indication of actual or past achievement or performance.
The metrics are clear, however the definition of the target doesn’t allow for a potential
contribution level to the Strategic Objective #2.
There are no individual SMART objectives available; it is therefore impossible to review
the likelihood of proper achievement of the Strategic Objective(s).

Faculty Affairs

There are no strategic and/or operational KPIs for the Faculty Affairs department (1
employee only).

Student Affairs

The strategic and operational KPIs for Student Affairs department are showing a weak
alignment towards the Strategic Objectives (SO #1).
The 2017 Strategic Plan for Student Affairs is based on a number of Strategic KPIs that
are generally vaguely defined and with no significant contribution to the Strategic Objective

The Operational KPIs are exclusively quantitative and metrics are expressed mostly in
percentages without reference to the actual or targeted baseline. Some measurements are
missing.
There are no individual SMART objectives available, it is therefore impossible to review
the likelihood of proper achievement of the Strategic Objective(s).

Student Success

There are no Strategic and/or Operational KPIs for the Student Success department (1
employee only).
